Business Development Executive — Saudi Arabia
Overview
Hunter B2B role growing MRG's client base among medical device and pharmaceutical manufacturers — those active in the Kingdom and international manufacturers entering Saudi Arabia. You lead online meetings and relationships; our Regulatory Affairs team joins your calls for deep technical questions. As our Saudi-based executive, you are also MRG's on-the-ground presence for local distributors and partners.
What you'll do
- Identify and reach out to medical device and pharmaceutical manufacturers — including international manufacturers seeking entry into Saudi Arabia, the UAE, and Egypt.
- Run online meetings that present MRG's regulatory consulting and Authorized Representative (AR) services and the value we deliver to manufacturers.
- Own the full sales cycle from first contact to signed agreement, building and managing a healthy, well-organised pipeline.
- Work hand-in-hand with MRG's Regulatory Affairs team, who join your calls to answer technical and regulatory questions.
- Build and maintain relationships with local distributors and partners across Saudi Arabia, including in-person visits.
- Represent MRG at exhibitions, conferences, and industry events, including staffing our booth.
- Keep accurate records of activity, pipeline, and forecasts in the CRM.
- Consistently meet targets for new signed regulatory / AR clients.
Must-haves
- 1–3 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or account management (medical device, pharmaceutical, healthcare, or B2B software / services experience is a strong plus).
- A confident, articulate communicator who is comfortable leading online meetings and presentations.
- Able to understand our service offering quickly and present its value to clients clearly and persuasively.
- Fluent in Arabic and English, written and spoken.
- Self-motivated and target-driven, with a genuine hunter's mindset for outbound prospecting.
- Willing to travel within the Kingdom for distributor visits and to regional industry events.
- Bachelor's degree preferred (life sciences, engineering, business, or a related field).
- Eligible to work in Saudi Arabia.
Nice-to-haves
- An existing network of contacts in the medical device, pharmaceutical, or healthcare industry.
- Familiarity with SFDA or GCC regulatory processes (Authorized Representative, product registration, MDMA, and similar).
- Experience selling professional, consulting, or B2B services.
- Additional languages relevant to international manufacturer outreach.
What we offer
- The opportunity to represent an established, trusted regulatory consultancy and Authorized Representative with a strong regional track record.
- Full support from an experienced Regulatory Affairs team — you are never on your own on the technical side.
- Exposure to international manufacturers across the medical device and pharmaceutical sectors.
- A competitive package with performance-based incentives.
- Genuine room to grow as the business and the commercial team scale.
